What You Get at BetterLive Live
Baccarat Tables
Baccarat is the most popular game in this section. Multiple Baccarat tables are available — from Speed Baccarat to classic style. Each table has road map and tracking features.
Roulette and Sic Bo
European Roulette is available alongside Sic Bo. Sic Bo is becoming increasingly popular among Bangladeshi players because of its simple rules and fast rounds.
Game Shows and Special Formats
Interactive game show formats have presenter-led rounds where opportunities to bet appear at multiple stages. These formats have added a new dimension to the live casino experience.
Dragon Tiger
A simple contest between two cards — Dragon Tiger is one of the fastest live games in Asia. Each round ends in just a few seconds, so more rounds can be played in less time.
Teen Patti and Andar Bahar
Traditional South Asian card games are available in live format. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are particularly familiar to Bangladeshi players.
Live Blackjack
Standard and multi-hand versions are available at the Blackjack table. The ability to interact directly with the dealer sets this experience apart.
How a Live Table Works
Every table in BetterLive Live is broadcast live from a studio or casino floor. When you enter a table, a large part of the screen shows the dealer and the table — the rest contains the betting window.
Video Stream
The dealer sits or stands in front of the camera. Camera feeds from multiple angles are provided so that cards or the ball can be seen clearly.
Betting Window
Before each round begins, the betting window stays open for a set period of time. During this time you can place chips and confirm your bet.
The Dealer's Role
The dealer distributes cards or spins the ball. Results are shown automatically on screen and winnings are added to the balance.
Result and Next Round
When the round ends, the win or loss is shown immediately. A new round then begins after a pause of a few seconds.
Choosing a Table and Bet Limits
Taking a moment to choose a table in BetterLive Live makes the experience much better. The lobby preview for each table shows the current minimum and maximum bet amounts. Starting at a lower-limit table is the most natural choice for new players.
The table lobby typically shows: game type, number of active players, a summary of the last few results and the dealer's name. These details make it easy to decide where to sit.
As experience grows, players often return to the same game type or a specific dealer's table. Taking out a ku9 game VIP membership at ku9 game also gives access to high-limit exclusive tables.

Tips for Smooth Play on Mobile Data
Most players in Bangladesh play live casino on mobile data. Keeping a few simple things in mind can greatly reduce the chance of stream interruptions.
- Use a 4G connection. A stable 4G is enough for live video streaming. If the signal is weak, lower the video quality to keep the stream running.
- Keep your browser cache clear. Old cache can slow down stream loading. Clearing the browser cache once a week keeps performance good.
- Check your charge before playing. Live streaming drains the battery quickly. Charge your phone before a long session or stay near a charger.
- Use landscape mode. Holding your phone sideways lets you see both the table and the betting panel more clearly.
- Do not panic if the connection drops. Returning to the ku9 game live table restores your previous state. If an active bet is affected, contact support.
- Use the official app. The ku9 game Android and iOS apps are available through official channels — the live casino experience on the app is smoother than on a browser.
Assurance of Transparency and Fairness
Transparency is an important matter in live casino. Every table in BetterLive Live shows the dealer's actions live on camera — no computer animation. This is the most effective way to build trust among players.
If you want to play responsibly, read our Responsible Gaming guidelines. You can also visit the Terms and Conditions page to learn about the site's rules.
- Live video broadcast. Every round is shown in real time. Stream delay is generally limited to a few seconds.
- SSL encryption. Your account information and transactions are protected by SSL technology.
- Game history. The result of every round is saved in game history, which the player can view later.
- Trained dealers. Professional and trained dealers run the game according to set procedures.
- Live chat support. For any issue, support is available 24/7 in Bengali and English.
